My favorite character is Melinda May, the fierce lady lol. She was so cool. And also, the Skye character was cute and pretty too.

Once upon a time...

hey guys, what's up?
There are a lot of tv series to watch recently. I'm currently watching the once upon a time series, and I quite like it! :D
And also, walking dead :D :D  ,revenge :3 , and supernatural, meh can't catch up supernatural, got bored in the middle , sorry fangirls lol. And I just started to watch doctor who, and im going to watch breaking bad as well, since a lot of people said it's nice.
Well, beside watching, I still have freelancing stuff that I need to finish :o
So, here is my litlle skecth for Once upon a time in disney style or should I say Glen Keane?

They are Snow white and David Nolan

I like how the story connecting with the fairy tails, and they have their own alter ego in each universe. But it would be awesome if the fairy tail world is just the kid's delusion lol.

Frozen

My first fan art of Frozen!
 Frozen is a new feature film by Disney that will be released in this year. I'm quite interested with the film!
The characters are based on the concept art of Frozen.

Hilvfeor's expression sheet

This is the expression sheet of Hilvfeor from my 3d shorts animation film "Stargazer"
It was so much fun creating the expression, and it was hell tweaking the blendshape in maya  LOL
I tried to make rich expression for him, so I made a lot of blendshapes!

This is what it looks like in viewport. And that's the controller for his facial expression. It's not that much controllers, but it's more than enough for my short animation! It can create any expressions. I should have put more exageration  and flexibelity of the skin to make him more alive. And so, here is the render result!

Anyway about the lighting, to test the skin shader for Hilvfeor, I tested it using reference light from "Tangled"

So, here is the testing result. I'm happy with the result! :D

I know, it's a bit different (or much? lol u decide). I guess it's because they use renderman for rendering. Renderman has a really good result and soft compared to mental ray. And it's not really sync to mental ray shader, haha duuh of course =.=
